Sign Ups:  We can take up to the first 33 applications per division.  All others will be
put on a waiting list.

Fees & Dates:  ($75 Non Refundable deposit at sign-ups.)
  • 50% of total fees are due by June 15, 2011.
  • Paid in full by Monday 8/1/11, the first day of practice.
  • ($75 Raffle Ticket book included - monies for you to keep).  Drawing & Prizes to
 be awarded @ Home Coming Game.

Fees include:
  • Equipment rental
  • Spirit Pack
  • Insurance   
  • Field & Light Fees
  • Conference Certification Fees

Weight limits (may be subject to change by VYC).  Ages as of August 1, 2011 (6-14).





















All Players must have a physical before the first day of practice, with proof on a Valley
Youth Conference Physical Form and certified by a qualified physician.  Must be
turned in to team managers.   NO EXCEPTIONS – NO PHYSICAL, NO PARTICIPATION!!!!!

Physicals will be available on a Saturday in July, 2011 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for a
fee of $TBD.

Fist Time Players will need:  Original Birth Certificates and Physicals (on VYC form) by
August 1, 2011.

Your child must have the following forms completed before the first day of practice
8/1/11, or they will be asked to sit until all forms are completed.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!

  • VYC Contract
  • Medical clearance - Physicals (2 Forms)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate (New Players)
  • Players/Parents Code of Conduct

Important Cheer Information:

CHEER NEWS for 2011

If you are interested in becoming a cheerleader (age 4-14) for the San Fernando
Braves come and register on one of the dates listed, or if you have questions,
contact our Cheer Director.

Come join us and make new friends while having a lot of fun!!  This year we will have
a new look!!

Fees are $370 and will include the purchase of a new uniform.  Sign up early to make
sure you get fitted in time to receive your uniform for the first game.


Cheer:  ($370 - Package includes the following):
  • Skirt
  • Vest
  • Turtleneck
  • Socks
  • Shoes
  • Briefs
  • Pom Poms










All uniform fittings will take place at sign-ups.  It takes (4) four weeks to receive your
new uniforms.  
We will not be ordering uniforms in the month of August.

  • LAST UNIFORM ORDER - July 24, 2011

  • Cheer Camp – Mandated by Valley Youth Conference for all new girls.  

Approximate fees:  Cheer Camp $30 - $35 camp T-shirt $6.00 - $7.00, please note these
fees are not included in Braves Fees.
  • Cheer Competition - OPTIONAL - Not affiliated with Braves League.

Trophies are not included in the Football or Cheer fees.  Trophies will be given upon completion of the

boys
football season (i.e. last game, Championship game, etc.)  We reserve the right to refuse service.
