
| Policies And Procedures Below are what we expect out of the members of our Organization Parents, Coaches, Cheer Moms & Staff. 1. Five parents are responsible to work 2 hours prior to home games. 3 in the snack bar and 2 for security, no one under 18 is allowed in the snack bar. 2. We are required to do clean-up after home games and to make sure we have someone returning at the end of the day to help with the final clean-up of the field, parking lot, bathrooms and snack bar. 3. The use of abusive and profane language is prohibited in the presence of anyone connected with the game. 4. The use alcoholic beverages, smoking or using any illegal substances during all practices and games is prohibited. 5. Practices will not exceed a total of 2 hours. 6. During the month of August and throughout the season practice fields, i.e. San Fernando High School, San Fernando Park and Las Palmas Park practice areas should be kept clean. 7. ALL football players and cheerleaders are required to be picked up immediately after practice. Parents should remain at the site at all times in case of emergencies. 8. Do not criticize the opposing team, its coaches or fans, by word of mouth or gesture. 9. Do not strike any other coach, manager, player or spectator during practices or games. Strike is defined as touching the body of another person in an aggressive manner with the intent to harm or attempting to strike even though contact is not made. 10. At all times be on the alert of any signs that would indicate a possibility of a health hazard and insure alertness by members of our staff. 11. All fundraising events must be pre-approved by the Board prior to the event. 12. Trophy is not included in the sign up fee. Trophy will be given upon completion of the Boys football Season (i.e. Last game, Championship game). |
